Our larger hair claws are made of a sturdy, cellulose acetate. They're perfect for holding up larger amounts of hair.
Our mini hair clips feature an acrylic piece attached to a 40mm alligator clip - these are great for accessorizing and adding an extra bit of whimsy to your look!

All of our stickers and sticker sheets are finished with a water and scratch resistant matte laminate, making them perfect for tons of surfaces including laptops and water bottles.
If a sticker design is also UV resistant for longer lasting outdoor use, it will be called out in the description.

Our earrings are made with stainless steel, lead and nickel free findings, which are suitable for most sensitive ears. Each pair also comes with a set of hypoallergenic silicone earring backs.

Yes! If you would like to swap out the default ball studs for either hooks or clip-ons, please leave a note with your order.

When will I receive my order?
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed weekly, usually within 3-5 business days after they have been placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically arrives within 2-5 business days after they have been shipped.
Please allow additional time for delivery during the holiday season.

fanmuimui is a USA-based business. For all international customers, please place orders through our Etsy, which will automatically collect and remit any necessary import taxes (such as VAT). This helps prevent packages from being denied entry or returned due to unpaid custom fees!

Yes! For orders made up of flat items only (stickers and sticker sheets), you can opt for stamped envelope shipping via USPS First Class Letter.
However, please note that this shipping option does not include a tracking number and are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
What if my package gets lost?

USPS will occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they are actually dropped off. We recommend waiting a few days to see if the package turns up first!
If your order still doesn't turn up or your tracking has not moved in 3 weeks, we are more than happy to work with you to get your items replaced!
Note: This does not apply to orders sent via letter mail without tracking.

We recommend double checking your address before placing your order so that this doesn't happen! We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender.
We offer two solutions:
♡ Reshipment: Your items will be shipped out again after they have been returned to us. You will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
♡ Refund: Your order will be refunded minus the initial shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

As a small, single artist owned business, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is shipped. We thank you for your understanding!

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
Some of our items (acrylic charms and hair clips) come with a plastic film on the surface for extra protection during shipping. If your item appears scratched, please try removing the film first!
In the event that your items are damaged, we are happy to offer either a full refund or a replacement product.
Please contact us with well lit photos of the damaged items and your preferred solution.
We are unable to refund or replace orders that were shipped via letter mail without tracking.
